1930's Gillette New Short Comb Three Piece Gold Plated Safety Razor + Free Shaving Soap
This is a vintage Gillette New Short Comb Three Piece Safety Razor from the early 1930's. By the 1930's Gillette had stopped serializing razors and would not start using date codes for nearly 20 years. Only approximate years can be determined based on style. The "New" razor was produced from 1930 - 1932 under several names, determined by the presentation case: Regent, Windsor, Oxford, Federal, Berkshire, Aristocrat, Big Fellow, President, Cruiser, or De Luxe.
This classic three-piece design is the standard which all modern safety razors strive to meet.
This razor was professionally revamped at Razor Emporium in Phoenix, Arizona. It was disassembled, cleaned, stripped and replated in 24 karat gold at 3 times the original thickness.
This razor is better than factory new.
Included with your purchase of this razor are a complimentary 5 OZ Cooper & French Shaving Soap of your choice and a starter pack of razor blades.
