We offer unconditional returns within 30 days of receipt – whether opened, used, or unused. If any product does not meet your expectations, we will provide a full refund or exchange.

We will refund or exchange any product within 30 days of receipt, no questions asked. All items are eligible for return, regardless of condition:

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping expenses paid on the original order are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a shipping service that offers tracking to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refund Process

  1. Contact us to initiate your return
  2. Ship your item(s) back to us
  3. Once we receive your return, we will process it within 3 business days
  4. You will be notified by email when your refund has been issued
  5. We will apply a credit to your original method of payment within 5 business days after processing
  6. Your bank or credit card company may take additional days to process and post your refund to your account

Exchange Process

  1. Contact us to initiate your exchange and specify which product you'd like to receive
  2. Ship your original item(s) back to us
  3. Once we receive your return, we will process your exchange within 3 business days
  4. Your replacement item will be shipped using the same shipping method as your original order
  5. You will receive a tracking number once your exchange ships

Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We will cover shipping for your replacement item.

International Returns

International customers are welcome to return products following the same policy. Please note that international return shipping costs can be significant, and you are responsible for all return shipping expenses and any applicable customs fees.

Q: What if my item arrived damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@cooperandfrench.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no cost to you, and you will not need to return the damaged item.

Q: Can I return a gift?
Yes. Gift recipients can return items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. The refund will be issued to the original purchaser's payment method.

Q: What if I ordered the wrong scent?
No problem! Simply contact us to arrange an exchange for the scent you prefer. You'll be responsible for return shipping, and we'll send your preferred scent at no additional charge.

Q: How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange.

Q: Do I need the original packaging?
While we appreciate items being returned in their original packaging when possible, it is not required. We understand that packaging may be discarded, especially for products that have been used.

Q: What if I've used most of the product?
Our return policy is unconditional. Even if you've used most of the product and simply aren't satisfied, we will still honor a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt.

Q: Can I exchange for a different product type?
Yes. You can exchange for any product we offer. If there is a price difference, we will either refund the difference or send you an invoice for the additional amount.
