After hearing about Cooper and French on the Dilley Show, I decided to order several varieties of their traditional shaving soaps as a gift for my husband. Not only does he smell fantastic (our favorite scents are Santa’s Workshop, Authentic Barber, Fair Isle Harbor, and Black Tie), but he gets such a smooth shave that he never gets nicks and cuts anymore. The bristles are great for getting a quick and effective lather. Very soft and easy to quickly cover the shaving area. Some long term concern about the wood handle and water and if and when it might start to break down. Otherwise super effective product worth the price. It also brings back fond memories of watching my dad shave in the morning using a similar brush. It is probably one other reason I bought the brush, to remind me of him.
